1) What is DoWear?
DoWear is an online fashion store offering branded apparel and accessories — hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, water bottles, and more. We focus on comfortable, everyday pieces with a clean, versatile style.
2) Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept major cards:

3) Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Depending on your country, additional duties, taxes or import restrictions may apply. These charges aren’t included in our prices and are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
Tip: Marking returns as “Returned goods” (where permitted) may help reduce additional import charges on return parcels.
4) How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
- Flat shipping fee (worldwide): £9.99 per order
- Free delivery (worldwide): on orders over £50.00 (after discounts)
- Estimated timeframe: typically 3–14 business days (varies by destination and carrier). Tracking is provided where available.
5) What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us and we’ll make it right.
How to return an item
- Email info@dowear.co.uk to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Include your order number and reason.
- Pack the item securely with all accessories and proof of purchase. Write the RMA inside the parcel.
- Send to the return address provided in our RMA email (facilities differ by destination).
6) Can I cancel an order?
You can request a cancellation within 14 days provided the order hasn’t been dispatched. Email info@dowear.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number. Approved cancellations are refunded within 14 days.

If there’s a delay, we’ll email you with an updated estimate. If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
