• Deploy passive data-collection mechanisms (e.g., tracking pixels, web bugs, device fingerprinting) without consent where required by law.
• Launch or operate scrapers, spiders, offline readers or similar automated tools without our explicit written consent.
• Engage in conduct that could damage our brand, reputation or relationships with customers or suppliers.
• Use the Services for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights.
• Sell, transfer or assign your account or your rights to use the Services to any third party.

3. USER CONTENT

You are responsible for any content you submit. Content must be accurate, lawful, and must not infringe the rights of others (including privacy, publicity, intellectual property and consumer protection laws). We may remove or refuse content that we reasonably believe violates this Policy or the Legal Terms.

4. ENFORCEMENT

We may take any action we reasonably deem appropriate in response to suspected or actual violations of this Policy, which may include, without limitation:

• content removal, feature limitations or temporary restrictions;

• referral to law enforcement or pursuit of legal remedies where individuals or public safety may be at risk.

We are not liable for actions taken in good faith to enforce this Policy. Nothing herein limits any other rights or remedies available to us under the Legal Terms or applicable law.
