Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (carrier delays, customs processing, extreme weather, etc.).

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

5.5 Delivery Address

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

5.6 Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to absence or refusal to accept delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts or return shipping.

5.7 Risk and Title

Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. Title passes to you upon payment of the full purchase price.

6. ORDER PROCESS

6.1 Order Placement

When you place an Order, you make an offer to purchase the Products. All Orders are subject to our acceptance, which occurs when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

6.2 Order Confirmation

We will email you when we accept your Order. The email will include your order details and estimated delivery information.

6.3 Order Modifications

Once an Order is confirmed, modifications may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

6.4 Order Cancellation by Us

We may cancel Orders due to Product unavailability, payment authorisation failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, or force majeure events. Any payments will be refunded.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may return Products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the conditions below are met.

7.3 Return Conditions

Products must be unused and in their original condition, with all accessories and documentation, and in the original packaging.

7.4 Return Process

To return a Product:
  1. Contact us at info@dowear.co.uk within the return period.
  2. Obtain return instructions (and an RMA number if required).
  3. Securely package the Product; include the order number and RMA.
  4. Return the Product using the specified method.

7.5 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the Product is faulty or we shipped the wrong item.
  • We recommend tracked and insured shipping for returns.

7.6 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Product and are made to the original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable (unless we shipped a faulty/incorrect item).

7.7 Faulty Products

If a Product is faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
